CushWake Markets Development Sites in Brooklyn, Queens

Cushman & Wakefield is marketing two mixed-use development sites for sale in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn and Downtown Jamaica, Queens. A Cushman & Wakefield team led by Stephen R. Preuss with Kevin Schmitz, Andreas Efthymiou and Kevin Louie is marketing the assets, which may be bought separately or as a package, on behalf of ownership.

210 Clarkson Ave. in Prospect Lefferts Gardens is a fully-approved and entitled eight-story mixed-use development project consisting of approximately 160,000 buildable square feet. It’s located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone and comes with approved plans for a mix of residential and retail space.

In Downtown Jamaica, the team is marketing The Hillside Subway Towers, a 1.6-acre mixed-use development assemblage centrally located at 153-01 Hillside Ave. and 153-02 Hillside Ave. With a combined buildable area of 308,000 square feet, the properties are located next to the F subway at 153rd Street/Hillside Avenue.
