CushWake Lists Mixed-Use in Pelham Bay

Cushman & Wakefield was tapped to arrange for the sale of 1524-1526 Mayflower Ave., a 6,000-square-foot mixed-use property located in the Pelham Bay neighborhood of the Bronx. The asking price is $1.7 million.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Jonathan Squires, Michael Fioravanti, Josh Neustadter, Addison Berniker and Shayne Soltan will represent the seller in all marketing efforts.

“With three residential units, a retail unit, two office spaces and garages, this property provides diverse income streams,” said Squires. “In an increasingly popular and affluent neighborhood in the East Bronx, the site is an attractive investment.”

1524-1526 Mayflower is a three-story, mixed-use building located on the northeast corner of Wellman Avenue and Mayflower Avenue. The building contains seven total units: one four-bedroom apartment, one three-bedroom apartment, three ground floor commercial units and a contractor’s yard with three garages.
