CushWake Hires Senior Associate to Rep Tenants and Landlords

Cushman & Wakefield has hired Sayo Kamara. Joining from Colliers International, Kamara will be responsible for tenant and landlord representation, based in Midtown Manhattan.

Toby Dodd, president of the Tri-State region, said, “Sayo has a very bright future ahead of him in the real estate industry and we are pleased that he chose a platform that enables him to better serve his current and future clients.”

As a senior associate, Kamara will work with a wide range of clients, including financial services, media, creative tenants, nonprofits and more, assisting with financial analysis, disposition, site selection and lease negotiations. He’ll also help strategize and implement leasing strategies on behalf of some of New York City’s most preeminent landlords.

“Although he is still relatively early in his career, Sayo has quickly established himself as a skilled negotiator and advocate for his clients,” added Todd Schwartz, managing principal of New York.
