CushWake Hires Ryan Hurd as Director in Boston
Cushman & Wakefield has hired Ryan Hurd as director in the firm’s Boston office. Hurd will work downtown and enhance the firm’s inner suburban coverage with a focus on Fenway, Allston/Brighton, Brookline and Somerville.

With more than a decade of real estate experience, Hurd works with both landlords and tenants. He first joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010 and later ventured into the technology startup space, where he was able to forge strong relationships within the tech community. Most recently, he was a real estate advisor with Boston Realty Advisors.
