CushWake Brokers Sale of 48K-SF Office Building in Chapel Hill

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Castalia at Meadowmont, a 47,970-square-foot office building located in Chapel Hill, NC. The sales price was undisclosed.

Located at 301 West Barbee Chapel Rd., Castalia at Meadowmont was built in 2009 and sits within Meadowmont’s master-planned, mixed-use development. The three-story property features a brick and glass exterior and is primarily occupied by investment services and wealth management advisory services. The building also includes luxury residential condominiums on the third floor that remained under their current ownerships after the sale.
