CushWake Brokers Sale of 350K-SF Retail Center in Baton Rouge

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Hammond Aire Plaza, a 349,660-square-foot retail center in Baton Rouge. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 9616-9638 Airline Highway, the center is anchored by Burlington, Marshalls, Michaels, and Stein Mart, and shadow-anchored by Albertsons. The property is currently 97% leased with 89% of the occupancy attributed to national tenants.

Mark Gilbert and Fain Hicks of Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Investment Advisors represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was Azad Commercial Realty Services.
