CushWake Brokers $4M Sale of Industrial Development Site in Fort Pierce

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $3.5 million sale of a 132-acre industrial development site in Fort Pierce.

The site, which is named Crossroads Business Center, is located at the convergence of Interstate 95 and Florida’s Turnpike in Fort Pierce. The property encompasses 84 acres of developable land and is the second phase of Crossroads Park of Commerce, located immediately north of the site. Initial plans for the site include five industrial buildings ranging from 140,000 to 400,000 square feet, or a single, 1.2 million-square-foot, built-to-suit structure.

Christopher Thomson, Chris Metzger, Richard Etner Jr. and Matthew McAllister of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Atlanta-based IDI Logistics, in the transaction. FLF Holdings acquired the land and was represented by Robert Smith of CBRE.

Connect South Florida is coming to Key Biscayne on Feb. 26, 2020. For more information, or to register, click here.
