CushWake Arranges 761K-SF Industrial Lease in Locust Grove
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 760,608-square-foot industrial lease with commerce technologies and operations company Radial, at Phase I of Gardner Logistics Park in Locust Grove.
Located at 3150 Highway 42, the building totals 1 million square feet with 251,299 square feet remaining, which is expandable by an additional 318,334 square feet. Radial will join The Home Depot and Love’s Travel Stops’ new Southeast retread tire manufacturing facility at Gardner Logistics Park. The landlord, Indianapolis-based Scannell Properties, recently completed the acquisition of 80 acres for Phase II of the park, which could add another 1 million square feet to the industrial complex.
James Phillpott, Lisa Pittman and Helen Cauthen of Cushman & Wakefield oversee leasing for the property and represented Scannell Properties in the lease negotiations. Tony Kepano and Ryan Robinson of CBRE represented Radial.
