CushWake Arranges 205K-SF Build-to-Suit Industrial Facility for Love’s Travel Shops in Metro Atlanta

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 205,200-square-foot, build-to-suit industrial facility for Love’s Travel Stops at Gardner Logistics Park Phase II in Henry County. Love’s will own the property and it will house a tire retread plant and distribution center there.

The property is located at the corner of Colvin Drive and Davis Lake Road on Highway 42 and will allow Love’s to expand its operations in Atlanta. The transaction also included extra land for the future expansion of the building. Gardner Logistics Park, a five-building Class A industrial park, is expected to total more than 3 million square feet. Construction of the Love’s facility is slated to be completed in April 2021.

James Phillpott, Helen Cauthen and Lisa Pittman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the developer, Scannell Development Co., in the transaction. Greg Dickerson and John Wilkinson of Cushman & Wakefield represented Love’s.
