Cushman & Wakefield Gets Integrity Consulting Group

Cushman & Wakefield acquired Integrity Consulting Group, a real estate project management consulting firm located in Manhattan.

Richard Jantz, the founder of Integrity, will join Cushman & Wakefield as an executive managing director, and will lead the firm’s Project & Development Services group for the Tri-State Region. The group has provided project management and development expertise for several hundred million square feet of projects worldwide.

“This acquisition will significantly enhance our best-in-class capabilities in the region, and we’re looking forward to Richard’s leadership to further develop our project management and development platform,” said John Santora, vice chairman for Cushman & Wakefield.
