Curry Supply Acquires 55K SF as Expansion Strategy

Curry Supply Co. acquired a 55,392-square-foot flex industrial/office building in Gilbert, AZ. The Martinsburg, PA buyer shook hands with HVAC manufacturer Silent-Aire of Edmonton, Alberta for ownership rights of the building, which is situated on 3.2 acres at 1145 W. Gary Ave. CBRE’s Pat Feeney SIOR, Dan Calihan and James Cohn represented the seller, which will relocate to a nearby facility. The sales price was not disclosed.

Curry Supply, which manufactures and distributes commercial service vehicles, selected Gilbert and the Silent-Aire property because of its proximity to clients and availability of a skilled workforce. The facility will be the company’s fifth U.S. location, and its first in Arizona.
