Culinary School Relocating HQ to Schaumburg

Triumph Higher Education Group is relocating its headquarters to Schaumburg, IL. The culinary school signed a 21,000-square-foot lease at 150 N. Martingale Rd., with plans to move next month.

The company owns Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts campuses, which offers educational programs in the culinary arts and pastry fields. The new space will serve as both the company’s corporate office, as well as an administrative center for some of its distant learning operations. The move brings 100 jobs to the area, and there’s plans to hire roughly 100 more over the next few years.

Triumph Higher Education Group’s Jack Larson says, “We’re experiencing growth like we never have before, and so it was crucial that we find a new headquarters to accommodate the future needs of the company.”

JLL’s Andy Strand, Mark Kolar and Adam Pines negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.
