CTG, Florida A&M Complete 720-Bed Student Housing Project in Tallahassee

A public-private partnership between CTG Development Co. and Florida A&M University has completed the first phase of Main Street Corridor, a large-scale student housing project in Tallahassee.

The first phase includes a 720-bed residence hall on the campus of Florida A&M University. At full build out, the project will also include multifamily units and retail, green space, a new 35,000-seat stadium and a field house.

Finfrock is serving as the architect of record and the design-build contractor for the project. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Sept. 30. Florida A&M is holding classes in a hybrid format for the 2020 fall semester.
