Crunch Fitness Takes Down 27K SF at Wendland Plaza

Crunch Fitness, headquartered in New York City, leased 27,587 square feet at Wendland Plaza in Killeen, TX. The new tenant is scheduled to open in the 205,224-square-foot shopping center by Q4 2018. Grant Gary and Dan Rebensdorf of the Woodmont Co. represented landlord Killeen ATM LLC.

The Crunch Fitness transaction follows recent lease signings for the center, which is at 901 S. Fort Hood St. The property is at SH 190 and Fort Hood Street, adjacent to the main housing subdivision for Fort Hood, the largest military base in the United States.

Crunch Fitness has locations throughout Texas, including Addison, Amarillo, Brownsville, Laredo, Lubbock, Round Rock and Pharr.
