Crown Capital Securities Inks Town & Country Road Expansion
Crown Capital Securities signed a lease expansion at 725 Town & Country Road in Orange, CA. The 75-month, 12,533-square-foot lease is valued at $3 million.
The property, known as Centrum South, is a five-story, 91,145-square-foot Class A office building owned by Foster City-based Bailard. The lease represents a renewal and expansion for the independent financial services firm headquartered at Centrum South.
NKF’s Drew Netherton represented the tenant. CBRE’s Matt Didier advised the landlord.
Netherton says, “Crown Capital has been a valued NKF client since 2002. With each renewal and expansion, the team has negotiated essential expansion rights that have ensured the firm can grow into contiguous space. These rights have proved essential in the current market with such a low vacancy rate.”
The 95%-leased Centrum South property is located between the 5 and 22 freeways.
