Crow Holdings Launches Office Division, Hires Cody Ambrister to Lead

Crow Holdings formed Crow Holdings Office (CHO), which will specialize in design and development of workplace environments. The Dallas-headquartered company hired Cody Ambrister, former Houston Market Leader of CBRE, to lead the new office endeavor. The office will operate out of Old Parkland, 3819 Maple Ave. in Dallas.

“We are launching CHO in response to the needs of a changing workforce, and our activities will be focused on creating significant value by executing an opportunistic and build-to-core strategy,” said Ken Valach, CEO of Trammell Crow Residential, Crow Holdings Industrial and Crow Holdings Office.

He added that Ambrister, who will be responsible for sourcing and executing of ground-up developments, offers “expertise and relations in this sector.” Ambrister was with CBRE for 11 years as an office leasing broker and one of the top national producers.

In related news, Peter Mainguy was promoted to Senior Managing Director and Market Leader of CBRE’s Houston office.
