Cross Creek Landing Plans Announced

Aquila Commercial announced plans for Cross Creek Landing, a 63,297-square-foot office building in Cedar Park, TX. The three-story building will go north at 1310 E. Whitestone Blvd., on Austin’s far north side, with delivery planned for early 2020.

Seth Stuart and Ben Tolson with Aquila Commercial are leasing the building. Runa Workshop is the architect of record. Tolson indicated that Cross Creek Landing is the first office building to support a live-work-play office environment in Cedar Creek, as it will be close to retailers, fitness amenities, walkable entertainment and a hotel. Additionally, Slate Real Estate Partners is developing adjacent multifamily housing, and 349 units will deliver in fall 2019.

“As Cedar Park has grown, it is now ready to support a live-work-play office environment,” Tolson said.
