Cross Champions Diversity at JRT

Earlier this year, Howard Cross joined JRT Realty Group to help spread awareness on the need for diversity in the commercial real estate business.

JRT is the nation’s largest commercial real estate firm that is also a certified minority or woman-owned business enterprise.

Prior to becoming executive managing director at JRT and an exclusive tenant representation broker, Cross was a principal at Cresa New York and a senior managing director at Colliers International. Before that, Cross played 13 years with the New York Giants, including two Super Bowls.

Notable transactions include:
– Annaly Capital at 1211 Ave. Americas, for 48,000 square feet
– Bank United at 623 5th Ave., for 30,000 square feet
– El Travel, for 140,000 square feet
