CRG Breaks Ground on 563K-SF Spec Industrial Facility in Southwest Atlanta

National real estate development and investment firm CRG has started construction on the second industrial building at The Cubes at Bridgeport, a 568-acre master-planned industrial park in Coweta County, GA.

The 562,650-square-foot speculative logistics facility sits on 36 acres and is located approximately 30 miles southwest of Atlanta. The first building in the park, a fully-leased, 1,002,150-square-foot e-commerce warehouse, completed construction in November 2019 before being sold in late 2020. CRG is developing the park in a joint-venture partnership with Atlanta-based Pope & Land. JLL’s Agency Leasing team of Chris Tomasulo, Ryan Hoyt and Bennett Rudder are leading leasing efforts for the new building.

When completed, the new building will include 36-foot clear heights, 480-foot deep cross loaded, 50 by 54-foot column spaces as well as 60-foot speed bays. The facility will feature 109 total docks, with 54 of them being fully-equipped docks. Completion is slated for June.
