Cresa Hires Underhill as Advisor
Cresa, a Boston-based tenant-rep firm, has announced the appointment of Jim Underhill as an advisor to its board of directors. Underhill formerly served as chief executive officer of the Americas for Cushman & Wakefield.
Cresa hires Underhill during a time of major consolidation in the commercial real estate services sector. DTZ bought Cushman earlier this year, and the combined company will use the Cushman & Wakefield name.
Underhill’s experience includes being founder and president of the Staubach Co.’s Northeast office, and president of development firm Underhill Properties.
