Cresa Expands into Seattle, Flinn Ferguson Joins

Flinn Ferguson, the largest provider of tenant-only commercial real estate services in the Seattle market, has joined Cresa. The addition expands Cresa’s footprint on the West Coast, where it has offices in Portland, Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego.

Flinn Ferguson plans to remain at 601 Union St. and will continue to be led by Parker Ferguson (pictured above left), Dan Flinn (pictured above right), Dan Foster, Matt Hermsen, Brian Hayden, Bob Mooney and Hans Kemp.

Founded in 1995, the firm has expanded its downtown Seattle office to 18 people, and transacted more than two million square feet of space in 2016. The firm covers the entire Puget Sound area.

Cresa’s Jim Underhill says, “Flinn Ferguson is an outstanding team of the highest quality professionals. We are thrilled to have them join Cresa and expand our reach on the West Coast and in this important market.”
