Cresa Adds Tad Laws as Chicago Market Leader

Tad Laws has joined Cresa as Chicago market leader, a newly-created role. He’ll oversee a 25-member team while developing and executing the Chicago office’s growth plan, which includes doubling broker headcount in the next 36 months.

“We are extremely pleased to welcome Tad to the Cresa team,” said Cresa CEO Jim Underhill. “The breadth of experience and talent he brings to the firm will undoubtedly play an important role in Cresa achieving its significant growth plans, particularly in the very important Chicago market.”

Laws (pictured) most recently served as VP, national brokerage operations and recruiting at NKF. He has also held key positions at Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ.

“Cresa offers a truly differentiated platform and environment where professionals are encouraged to think creatively to the benefit of their clients,” said Laws.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
