Cresa Adds Advisors to Chicago Team

Cresa added two advisors to its Chicago office. Addison Coll and Michael Neff will specialize in tenant site selection and business development, handling lease abstracts, financial analysis and market intelligence for assignments.

“We have a significant growth plan in place designed to create a diverse, winning culture of talented people,” said Cresa Chicago market leader Tad Laws. “Our newest team members are well-positioned to serve our clients and expand Cresa’s market share throughout Chicago.”

Coll most recently was a PGA Tour Professional, playing in tour-sanctioned events throughout Canada and several mini-tours throughout the U.S. Before that, he served as an energy consultant intern with AJW, Inc. in Arlington, VA. Neff worked as an acquisitions analyst at LG Construction, and prior to that at Savoy Development, handing market research.

Cresa also recently added Chicago-based Tod Lickerman, formerly global presidents and Americas CEO at Cushman & Wakefield, to its board of directors.
