Creekside Park Village Slated for Moviehouse & Eatery’s First Area Locale

Moviehouse & Eatery will anchor a retail development in the Howard Hughes’ Creekside Park Village Center in The Woodlands, TX. The Austin-based dine-in movie theater chain will occupy 42,370 square feet at Creekside Park West, a 12-acre retail development within the center. Construction is expected to deliver in winter 2019.

Rip Reynolds from The Howard Hughes Corporation represented the corporation, while Chris Reyes from SHOP Companies advised Moviehouse & Eatery.

The movie theater will offer 11 wall-to-wall screens, full food and beverage service at every luxury reserved recliner, a full bar and a scratch kitchen. The Moviehouse & Eatery will anchor the initial phase of the retail development, making Creekside Park the first village in The Woodlands with its own theater.

The development is on Kuykendahl Road, between Creekside Forest Drive and West Harmony Place. Creekside Park will have space available for retailers, restaurants and outdoor seating.
