Creative Planning Will Expand KC-Area Campus

Creative Planning will soon break ground on the final segment of its Class A headquarters campus in Overland Park, KS, near Kansas City. Known as Creative Campus III, it will add 108,000 square feet at Creative Campus, increasing the development’s total footprint to 335,750 square feet.

In partnership with VanTrust Real Estate, Burns & McDonnell will design and build the office campus. JLL’s RJ Trowbridge is leading the leasing efforts for the project, slated to deliver in the third quarter of 2021. All 108,000 square feet is available for lease.

“Creative Planning has laid out a unique office project in Creative Campus that meets the evolving demands of office tenants looking to grow or establish themselves in our region,” said JLL’s Ryan Schneider. “Creative Campus III will provide a collaborative work environment that cultivates creativity and employee engagement, which will help industry leading companies attract and retain top talent.”
