Country Inn & Suites Coming to Disney Resort

SunCoast Properties is building a 174-room Country Inn & Suites hotel near Disneyland.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) brokered a $22.9-million construction loan for SunCoast that was provided by an unnamed commercial bank. Hospitality Management Corp. will manage the hotel.

The 110,000-square-foot hotel is scheduled for completion by the end of next year. Among the amenities at the Country Inn will be a fitness center, lobby bar and library area. On 2.6 acres and at five stories, the hotel will also include a pool, spa, solar heating system, and be within walking distance of Disneyland, California Adventure, and the Anaheim Convention Center.
