Council Approves Majestic Plum Creek Business Park Incentives

Developer Majestic Realty Co. received economic incentives from the Kyle (TX) City Council to build its Majestic Plum Creek Business Park. The 535,113-square-foot speculative development will go north at Kohler Crossing and Kyle Crossing, and is geared toward manufacturing, light industrial, assembly, distribution, office e-commerce, retail and warehousing tenants.

The Chapter 380 agreement – Kyle’s economic development agreement – means the city can offer incentives geared toward economic boosts, which would include commercial and retail projects. Majestic Realty received a five-year rebate on property taxes for Majestic Plum Creek. The taxes will diminish as space is leased.

Hays County Commissioners Court is scheduled to vote today (June 26) for final project approval.
