Cornerstone Finances New Haven-Area MF Acquisition

Cornerstone Realty Capital recently arranged $5.5 million for the acquisition of Crestview Apartments in West Haven, CT. Buyer and seller weren’t disclosed.

Originally built in 1970, the property consists of 63 one-bedroom units. It sits in a central location with convenient access to shopping, dining and employment opportunities in the immediate area.

The property is also close to the University of New Haven and Yale New Haven Hospitals. Additionally, Crestview Apartments is a little over a mile and a half away from the West Haven Train Station, with direct access to key employment regions such as New Haven and Stamford, along with Grand Central Terminal in New York City.

Two major highways that run through West Haven are each a short drive from Crestview Apartments, with I-95 ramp access located approximately 1.3 miles away from the property. Boston Post Road can be accessed less than a mile away.
