Corey Martin Appointed as Avison Young Managing Director

Corey Martin has been appointed to the position of managing director with Avison Young’s Austin office. In his new role, Martin will be responsible for the daily operations of the Austin office, as well as focusing on expanding Avison Young’s presence throughout Central Texas.

Martin brings 13 years of commercial real estate experience to the Managing Director’s role. He joined Avison Young as a principal in October 2016 from Coldwell Banker Commercial, where he was a Principal and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing offices in San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Martin moved to Austin in 2017 to coordinate launch of Avison Young services lines: agency leasing and capital markets. He was also co-founder of CORE Real Estate Services in Temecula. CA (which CBC took over in 2012), and at the Garrett Group.
