Core Spaces Building 2,441-Bed Portfolio
Core Spaces, a student housing investor, developer and manager, launched construction on five off-campus projects nationwide. The ground-up portfolio, totaling 2,441 beds, is scheduled for opening in time for the 2019-2020 school year.
