Cordish, Cardinals Provide Virtual Peek Inside Resi Tower

Prospective future residents of One Cardinal Way, the 29-story apartment tower that the Cordish Companies is building in partnership with the St. Louis Cardinals, can take a look inside—and outside—by going online. That’s courtesy of 360° virtual tours of each unit and its views of St. Louis landmarks.

“One Cardinal Way will be one of the Midwest’s premier residential experiences, and will offer a completely new way to experience Ballpark Village, Busch Stadium and downtown St. Louis,” said Cordish’s Nick Benjamin. “The images we are releasing paint a great picture of what that experience will feel like from the inside.”

Scheduled to open in 2020, One Cardinal Way is part of a $260-million expansion of Ballpark Village that will also include an upscale, full-service Loews hotel; the first Class A office building built in downtown St. Louis in nearly 30 years, anchored by PricewaterhouseCoopers; and a three-story retail pavilion.
