Construction Underway on View32 in Philadelphia

Radnor Property Group has launched construction on View32, a multifamily development on the Philadelphia-based Drexel University’s campus. The 16-story development will go north beginning May 11, at an estimated $55 million cost.

The project, located in University City, will offer 164 market-rate apartments, and an early learning center that can accommodate 180 children. Also included will be a community plaza, underground parking, a game room, fitness center and rooftop deck. View32 is slated for a spring 2017 completion. The property will be geared toward the so-called “Eds and Meds” market of University City.
