Construction Underway on Columbia at Renaissance Square

Columbia Renaissance Square I LP has launched construction on the first phase of Columbia at Renaissance Square, a mixed-housing development in southeast Fort Worth, TX.  Upon completion late next year, the development will offer 140 units of mixed-income housing, and 120 units of senior housing. The site will also have room for a farmer’s market, grocery store, and YMCA facility.

Developer Columbia Residential is working on a site located between Mitchell Boulevard and Wichita Street, west of U.S. 287 and south of Berry Street. Other partners in the project are the city of Fort Worth, BBVA Compass Bank, RBC Capital Markets, and Renaissance Heights United.
