Construction Underway on “Urban Industrial” Parc SouthWest

Jackson-Shaw broke ground on the 292,700-square-foot, two-building industrial Parc SouthWest in Irving, TX. The speculative development is an urban industrial project geared toward tenants in the 20,000-square-foot to 60,000-square foot range. The 28-acre project is in the Great Southwest submarket, off Frye Road, near State Highways 161, 183 and 360.

Jackson-Shaw is developing the project in partnership with Boston-based GID, and selected Cannon Green, Sarah Ozanne and Luke Davis of Stream Realty Partners to oversee leasing and management. Ridgemont Commercial Construction is the general contractor, GSR Andrade the project architect and Veritex Community Bank is providing construction finance. The buildings are scheduled to deliver Q4 2018.

“Parc SouthWest provides a unique opportunity to deliver a Class-A industrial product to this underserved project type in the Great Southwest submarket,” said Jackson-Shaw’s Jason Nunley.
