Construction Underway on 63-Acre Retail

River Oaks Property has broken ground on West Towne Marketplace, a 63-acre shopping center in northwest El Paso, TX. Upon buildout, the center at Artcraft and Interstate 10 will encompass 500,000 square feet of retail space.

Cabela’s outdoor sporting goods store will open its first El Paso store in the new shopping center. The location will represent one of Cabela’s smaller format stores. Other announced stores include T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, PetSmart and Rack Room Shoes. The center will be anchored by a 190,000-square-foot, big-box store. At this point, the name of that tenant has not been announced.
