Construction Underway on 104-Unit Windrose Tower

Ground broke on Windrose Tower, a high-end condominium project in Plano, TX’s $3 billion Legacy West mixed-use development. Upon completion, the 27-story residential project will offer 104 units, costing potential buyers more than $1 million each. Approximately half the units are already sold.

The high-rise is at Headquarters Drive and Windrose Avenue, across the street from Liberty Mutual’s 19-story office campus. Completion is anticipated for fall 2019. Windrose Partners, the developer, is a partnership between Jim Duggan, Ted Bradford, Mark Bradford, Ron Gafford and L.J. Erickson.

“Part of my vision was always for Legacy West to have a luxury high-rise condominium, and Windrose Tower delivers that,” said Legacy West developer Fehmi Karahan. “Once completed, Windrose Tower will be one of the most iconic structures in North Texas. It is a fabulous addition to Legacy West.”
