Construction Launches on MXU Seasons at Chandler Creek

Construction began on the Seasons at Chandler Creek, a mixed-use project at 2200 N. Grimes Blvd. in Round Rock, TX. The development plans call for retail, office and/or restaurant buildings, ranging from 2,5000 to 7,000 square feet. Seven stand-alone professional office buildings are also being planned.

The rear of the property will hold The Villas at Chandler Creek, which will include 22 for-sale townhomes. The commercial buildings are anticipated for a summer 2020 completion, with the townhomes expected to deliver by fall, 2020.

The project developer wasn’t indicated.  According to the Williams County Central Appraisal District, however, Glenn Neams of Conann Constructors Inc. is the owner. K.W. Commercial/Frances Crossley is handling marketing and leasing for the project.
