Construction Launches on 310K-SF Domain Tower

Stonelake Capital Partners and HPI Real Estate Services & Investments combined forces to begin construction on Domain Tower, at 10721 Domain Dr. in Austin, TX. The 11-story, 310,000-square-foot, Class A office building is at the entrance to the mixed-use Domain, and is expected to deliver in early 2018.

Domain Tower will be geared toward tenants requiring anywhere from 30,000 square feet to 310,000 square feet of contiguous space. Amenities also include a fitness center, designated food-truck area, a landscaped exterior terrace, structured parking garage, shuttle service throughout The Domain and on-site concierge.

Domain Tower is the first phase of Stonelake Capital’s 31-acre, mixed-use development. The development will eventually hold 3.5 million square feet of office, multifamily and retail, which will be built out over the next decade.
