Construction Launches on 222-Key Cambria in Philly
Choice Hotels Inc. has joined forces with Pearl Properties and Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. to break ground on a new Cambria hotel & suites in Philadelphia. The 222-room property at 219-222 S. Broad St. has a 2017 completion date.
The Cambria will include 2,500 square feet of meeting space, a business center, pool, fitness center and on-site restaurant. Pearl Properties is the developer; DAS Architects of Philadelphia the designer. Concord Hospitality will manage the property.
“In a city full of rich history and tradition, Philadelphia is an ideal next stop in our expansion of the Cambria hotels & suites brand,” said Steve Joyce, Choice Hotels president and CEO.
