Construction Launched on Dallas’ Harwood No. 10

Developer Harwood International has broken ground on its next office high-rise in Dallas’ Uptown submarket. The 22-story Harwood No. 10 building will be at 2850 N. Harwood St. The 226,778-square-foot property will be the 10th phase of Harwood’s mixed-use project on McKinnon Street. The building is slated to open in fall 2018.

Harwood No. 10 is the developer’s third tower going north in its 17-block development. Also under construction are the 33-story Bleu Ciel condominiums, and a seven-story building for Rolex.
