Construction Launched on 120K-SF Office Development

Koontz Corp. has begun construction on the first phase of Sundance Plaza, a 120,000-square-foot, Class A office development in New Braunfels, TX. The first phase, consisting of a 58,574-square-foot office building, is scheduled for completion in Q1 2018 at an approximate cost of $3 million.

Sundance Plaza will be situated on 10 acres, part of a master-planned, mixed-use project called Sundance Park. The development is at 2049 Sundance Pkwy., less than a mile from Interstate 35, in San Antonio’s far north submarket.

San Antonio-based Chesney Morales Architects is the development’s designer. Legacy Commercial, based in New Braunfels, is handling leasing.
