Construction Commences on Nove at Knox

Southern Land Co. has gotten to work on Nove at Knox, a 310-unit, 19-story high-end multifamily development in Dallas’ Knox Henderson neighborhood. The complex at 3031 Oliver Ave. is being developed in conjunction with KBS, with GDA Architects the designer of record.

Nove is derived from the Italian word “diciannove,” which translates to 19 – the name is a nod to the building’s 19 floors. The development will offer junior suites, one and two-bedroom units, and penthouses on the top floors. Sizes range from 550 to 3,384 square feet.

On-site amenities will include a courtyard with a dog park and outdoor seating area, along with concierge and resident services. The fifth floor will offer a resort-style pool, private cabanas, a fitness center, flex room and residents lounge.
