Construction Begins on Vancouver Waterfront Park

The city of Vancouver, WA has begun preliminary construction on a seven-acre waterfront park along the Columbia River, just west of Interstate 5.

Upon completion, the park will tie together residential, office and retail components of Columbia Waterfront a $1.5-billion, 32-acre development.

The park will be a main feature of the development. Upon completion of preliminary work in May, the next phase will commence this summer. The park will lead the way for the development’s eventual overall construction launch.

The waterfront development is a partnership led by Barry Cain’s Gramor Development Inc.
