Construction Begins on 834K-SF Sam Houston Distribution Center

Transwestern Development Co. (TDC) launched construction on Sam Houston Distribution Center, an 833,720-square-foot industrial park in northwest Houston. The speculative, three-building development is expected to deliver in Q2 2020. TDC’s Ben Newell is leading the development, and Transwestern Commercial Services is handling the leasing.

Situated at Wind Mill Park Road and Fallbrook Pines Drive, the front-load and cross-dock buildings range from 138,720 to 494,800 square feet, and can accommodate users from 35,000 to833,720 square feet. The site also provides land for added trailer storage, abundant car parking and trailer stalls.

“Houston’s industrial market continues to become more integrated into the national logistics chain, due in part to the growing synergies of its inland and ocean ports,” Newell said.
