Construction Begins on 30-Acre San Leandro Business Center

Trammell Crow Company and Principal Real Estate Investors commenced construction on San Leandro Business Center, a new speculative industrial project that sits on a 30.6-acre site located along the I-880 corridor. The San Leandro, CA project will include three Class A industrial buildings totaling roughly 552,000 square feet of high-tech manufacturing, assembly and distribution space.

Trammell Crow’s Parker Larson says, “We have designed this rare, interior Bay Area project with the flexibility to accommodate single tenant or multi-tenant users and a wide variety of industrial applications.”

Trammell Crow serves as the master developer of the project, which is scheduled to complete in Fall 2018. The buildings range in size from 293,940 square feet to 137,091 square feet to 121,643 square feet. Combined, the buildings will feature 32-foot and 36-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, rear dock loading, and generous car and trailer parking areas.
