Construction Begins on 125K-SF One Bethany

Kaizen Development Partners closed construction financing and broke ground on the first phase of One Bethany at Watters Creek in Allen, TX. The initial phase of One Bethany at Watters Creek consists of a 125,000-square-foot, Class A office building, with a 570-space garage. Balfour Beatty Construction is the general contractor, with JLL’s Daryl Mullin, Chris Doggett and Blake Shipley handling leasing and marketing efforts. BOKA Powell is the architect. The building is expected to deliver in Q1 2018.

One Bethany at Watters Creek is a 14-acre development at Bethany Drive and Watters Creek Boulevard. The project has plans for a second phase, with up to an additional 250,000 square feet, allowing the developer to accommodate larger tenants in a campus-style environment. The development is within walking distance of the mixed-use Watters Creek.
