Conor Launches Third Spec Project at Elgin Industrial Park

Conor Commercial Real Estate and Globe Corporation have begun construction on Northwest Pointe III, a speculative industrial development in Elgin, IL. The project will include two buildings totaling 349,080 square feet, and will accommodate either a single or multi-tenant configuration.

This is the third development by the Conor team in the Northwest Corporate Park. Northwest Pointe I and II were developed, leased and sold over the past three years.

“Building on the success of Northwest Pointe I and II, and with the North Cook vacancy rate at 3.5%, we are confident that Northwest Pointe III will be successful,” said Conor EVP Brian Quigley.

Ken Franzese and John Cassidy of the Rosemont, IL office of Lee & Associates are serving as the exclusive marketing agents for Northwest Pointe III. The design/build team of McShane Construction Company and Ware Malcomb is providing the comprehensive design and construction services for the new development.
