Connect National Investment & Finance Conference Will Map the Road Ahead

Domestically as well as globally, New York remains the epicenter of real estate investment and finance. However, with a real estate cycle that has gone on as long as this one has, it’s legitimate to question where we are and where we’re going next.

With that in mind, Connect Media’s Connect Conferences is presenting its first-ever National Investment & Finance event to help map out the terrain. It’s scheduled for Oct. 18 at Baruch College’s Engelman Recital Hall.

On the agenda will be discussions of the increasingly competitive field in the debt and equity arena, the ways in which $1-billion mega-transactions get done, the re-emergence of CLOs and other debt instruments, and more. Experts from GTIS Partners, Manulife, Hunt Real Estate Capital and many other leading firms will be onstage.

Check back over the next three weeks for one-on-one Q&As with the industry leaders who will be part of this very special event.
