Connect Chicago Fall Event Will Focus on Near Term and Long Term

Having brought together a cross-section of industry heavyweights in May, Connect Conferences is preparing for an encore performance. Scheduled for Oct. 29 at the Intercontinental Chicago Magnificent Mile, Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will feature an all-new agenda focusing on the long-term outlook along with current opportunities.

Among the sessions planned for the afternoon-long conference, “Urban vs. Suburban: Spotlight on Development Trends” will examine the driving forces affecting development and redevelopment decisions among all property types.

Another session will examine deal flow across the capital stack, focusing on where investors are finding higher yields; public vs. private REITS; preferred investment strategies; the role foreign investors are playing; the growth of non-bank lenders, and diversification into nontraditional property types.

Confirmed speakers include Fifield Companies’ Randy Fifield, Mark Goodman & Associates’ Mark Goodman, Core Acquisitions’ Brad Joseph and Farpoint Development’s Regina Stilp. Check back regularly for updates on speakers along with Q&A-style interviews.
