Conn’s Plans Statewide Renovations, Store Additions

Conn’s HomePlus intends to complete nine projects in Texas by the end of this year. The count will include seven new stores and two renovations, as well as the opening of a 656,658-square-foot distribution center on Rankin Road in north Houston in September 2019.

The Houston-based home goods specialty retailer will soon enter the San Angelo market in West Texas, with plans to open its first showroom in 43,000 square feet at Sunset Mall, 4001 Sunset Dr. The grand opening is scheduled for late July.

Conn’s has more than 55 retail locations in Texas.  “This is an exciting time for Conn’s HomePlus,” said the company’s Chairman and CEO, Norm Miller. “The new location in San Angelo is part of ongoing momentum, led by efforts in the state of Texas and the loyal customers who have helped us make it happen for the last 129 years.”
